CRS Week 2

The second week of CRS saw some great action between new and returning teams. The San Francisco State Gaming Gators made a strong first showing on Saturday against the Texas A&M Jaguars winning the match 2-0, yet got checked the following day by the University of Texas San Antonio's X-Men, losing 2 games to zero. The X-Men's win makes them currently one of fourteen teams undefeated so far.

Cal Esports made a strong showing against newcomer Cal Poly San Luis Obispo, winning Game 1 in Hell's Heaven two rounds to zero. Cal then escorting Ratatoskr, the Squirrel god, the distance in Central Park-Convergence, scoring 3 points in Game 2, then contained Cal Poly at their own spawn, keeping them from even releasing the giant Squirrel, and ending the match up 2 games to 0.

League action continues this Saturday, October 10th at 2pm PST/5pm EST! A few games we will have our eyes on are Georgia Tech versus Drexel University, San Diego State versus the University of Maryland, and the University of Texas Dallas Comets versus the York University Lions.
