The Playoffs are ON!!

The CRS Playoffs are ON!!

The last match of the regular season ended with Kansas State knocking out the University of Toronto Thunderbolts late Sunday night and landing the final spot in the playoff brackets. Their addition completes the 16-team line-up for the playoffs that will begin this Sunday. The double-elimination playoffs allow each team two chances to march toward the grand finals and the ultimate victory. A loss in the upper winners brackets will move that team to the lower losers brackets where they must win each match or be eliminated entirely.

Speculation would say that undefeated Indiana Tech at 8-0 would be the team to beat. Looking at the competition from the regular season match-ups, though, the playoffs are still anyone's game, and the $2,500 prize pool on the line increases the stakes!
